Clio Simon investit cette \u00ab&nbsp;histoire sans cesse rejou\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb avec un \u00ab film sonore \u00bb conjuguant archives, po\u00e9sie et partition musicale. Face \u00e0 la cacophonie ambiante, la r\u00e9alisatrice ose l\u2019abondance et la radicalit\u00e9 : elle remonte le fil juridique dans un d\u00e9sordre f\u00e9cond, et nous pose face \u00e0 l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9cran noir pour d\u00e9ployer sa recherche, dirigeant notre attention sur ses choix de montage sonore. Sur plus d\u2019un si\u00e8cle, comment a-t-on pens\u00e9 la s\u00e9paration de l\u2019\u00c9glise et de l\u2019\u00c9tat ? C\u2019est une r\u00e9ponse en rhapsodes, libre et composite, que compose tout un coll\u00e8ge de philosophes, anthropologues, historien.nes et sp\u00e9cialistes du droit.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a12121\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Rhapsoder la la\u00efcit\u00e9<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">, la faire digresser en trois temps : comme coup de force de l\u2019imaginaire, victoire conditionn\u00e9e et fondement de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en mouvement perp\u00e9tuel. <\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Trois temps solidaires entre eux certes, mais \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur desquels j\u2019introduirai des digressions qui, en apparence, semblent ne \u00ab rien \u00bb apporter et qui pourtant, ind\u00e9niablement finissent par poser la question du sens, du filigrane, et de ses \u00e9nigmes<\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Digresser <\/strong>c\u2019est postuler que le sens commun est \u00e0 r\u00e9activer, \u00e0 construire, <br>c\u2019est entrer dans un \u00e9tat de suspension, dans le vide, lieu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des turbulences de nos pens\u00e9es. Marie Jos\u00e9 Mondzain a fait partie de cette \u00e9quipe. Ensemble, ils ont creus\u00e9 l\u2019histoire de la s\u00e9paration de l\u2019Eglise et de l\u2019Etat en partant d\u2019un monument juridique : la loi de 1905&#8230; pour ensuite cheminer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nos jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Comment, et par qui, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9s, invent\u00e9s, \u00e9crits les textes de lois devenus l\u2019un des fondements de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9? Dans un premier temps de recherches, nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9 ses personnages, celles et ceux qui ont fait parler cette loi et son histoire en explorant les d\u00e9bats en amont et en aval. Le r\u00e9el perce la partition dans toute sa complexit\u00e9. D\u00e9cousue, d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">form\u00e9e de lambeaux et de digressions, la&nbsp;<em>rhapsodie<\/em>&nbsp;exprime le refus de se plier \u00e0 un ordre, elle participe \u00e0 la revendication d\u2019une libert\u00e9, construit une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 polyphonique investie par une pluralit\u00e9 de voix.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u0153uvre sonore approche l\u2019histoire des voix et des silences qui ont imagin\u00e9, initi\u00e9, refus\u00e9, troubl\u00e9, b\u00e9gay\u00e9, sc\u00e9naris\u00e9 cette s\u00e9paration..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, r\u00e9unir un amas d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de valeur in\u00e9gale, appr\u00e9cier et mesurer&nbsp;les&nbsp;digressions qui en d\u00e9coulent, partir en qu\u00eate de sens pour leur donner corps. Aborder ces&nbsp;archives, le r\u00f4le des libres penseurs, comme un <strong>po\u00e8me \u00e9pique<\/strong> dont on per\u00e7oit l\u2019\u00e9cho mais dont une grande part nous \u00e9chappe. <strong>Coudre et ajuster ensemble&nbsp;les&nbsp;chants si divers <\/strong>qui contribuent \u00e0 le forger sous toutes ses formes.&nbsp;Rhapsodie&nbsp;juridique,&nbsp;rhapsodie&nbsp;historico-juridique, car il s\u2019agit d\u2019histoires qui se tissent, s\u2019interp\u00e9n\u00e8trent, se combinent, s\u2019imbriquent pour former un monument juridique. <strong>Un monument dont je voudrais&nbsp;faire&nbsp;l\u2019arch\u00e9ologie et surtout l\u2019\u201darchitexture\u201d sonore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approcher cette mati\u00e8re \u00ab architexturale \u00bb, puis s\u2019en d\u00e9faire, aller \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel, oser soustraire jusqu\u2019au presque \u00ab rien \u00bb,&nbsp;<strong>faire&nbsp;appara\u00eetre ce qui, dans le bavardage et&nbsp;les&nbsp;silences de cette mati\u00e8re se joue: sommes-nous h\u00e9ritiers de cette s\u00e9paration ? ou s\u2019agit-il de prendre le relais d\u2019une histoire sans cesse rejou\u00e9e ?<\/strong> Autrement dit,<strong> est ce que ce sont&nbsp;les&nbsp;hommes qui inventent des histoires ? ou est ce que ce sont&nbsp;les&nbsp;histoires (mythes fondateurs, \u2026) qui nous inventent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arpenter&nbsp;les&nbsp;pistes historiques pour contribuer \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re la mani\u00e8re dont le droit s\u2019\u00e9labore, se fabrique, aller fureter du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des fondations des institutions, tenter de remonter le cours des lois pour aller s\u2019enqu\u00e9rir du milieu et de l\u2019\u00e9poque dans lesquels elles trouvent leur source, visiter&nbsp;les&nbsp;soubassements des grands monuments juridiques,<strong> explorer&nbsp;les&nbsp;archives, la retranscription des d\u00e9bats, leurs <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">notes de bas de pages<\/mark>, ratures, toutes ces <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">digressions<\/mark> qui dressent&nbsp;les&nbsp;contours de cette loi, approcher et mesurer le passage du mot \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9crit, puis de l&rsquo;\u00e9crit au mot et au chant dans toute leur plasticit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment, et par qui, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9s, invent\u00e9s, \u00e9crits&nbsp;les&nbsp;textes de lois devenus fondements de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s humaines ? \u00e0 quelles \u00e9poques ? Dans quels contextes ? Port\u00e9s par quelles valeurs, quels imaginaires ? Quelles&nbsp;archives&nbsp;permettent d\u2019approcher ces temps de d\u00e9bats qui ont fait na\u00eetre ces fondements ? Scruter cette vieille loi, tourner autour, creuser dessous, la regarder de pr\u00e8s et de loin, explorer ses racines, sa texture, ses repr\u00e9sentations, sa maturation et ses m\u00e9tamorphoses. Ecouter ses personnages, celles et ceux qui ont fait parler cette loi et son histoire en explorant&nbsp;les&nbsp;d\u00e9bats en amont et en aval.
